Child Support and Disability

My ex owes me back child support, for which he has an arrest warrant out. He also has a warrant for violation of probation (grand theft). He is now trying to get disability. Can someone who has warrants get disability? Is it likely he will be arrested if they find out? Thank you.

Wow I am kinda going thru the same thing! My stupid ex had a felony warrant out for him for nonpayment, and right before court for another issue, the Sheriffs dept came to arrest him, and right there in front of me his wife wrote out a $1,000.00 check and bailed him out before he even went to jail! and mind you he is over $10,000.00 behind in back support! And he says he cannot pay child support because he cannot keep a job, he says b/c of his "disability" but i know he is just to lazy. It is really frustrating! Yeah and I dont know what to do anymore either.
