I was a passenger in a vehicle that was totaled by a hit-and-run drunk driver. My fiance was taken to the hospital with a concussion as well as neck and back pain. My 11-month old son and I were treated and released, but I have substantial lower back pain. The drunk driver has been arrested and does have insurance through Progressive. Should I sue, and if so, what kind of compensation could I expect?
