I Have A 73 Year Old Boss Who Tells Me Things That Are Not Suppose To Be Said In Public Much Less To Me!!! I Have Told Him To Stop And He Will Not. I Need To Know What Will Stand Up In Court Against This Pervert. I Am Willing To Video Him With A Digital Camera But Am Skeptical. He Is An Elected Official That No One Will Or Can Do Anything About. The Da Told Me To Find Another Job If I Can't Talk To Him And Make Him Stop. I Don't Want To Loose My Job Just Because He Can't Keep His Mouth Closed. I Am Stressed At Home And Here. I Feel Uneasy Being In The Same Room With Him But Am In No Position To Find Another Job. My Husband Is Unemployeed And I Work 40 Plus Hours A Week. This Is Not Fair. Please Help Me, Someone.

If you think the boss is really not going to change and you are not at all interested to work with him anymore because you can't stand his behavior, you can request to transfer to another department wherein he is not closely associated with. This is very much applicable if you want to get away from the situation but not the company.
