I am a 19 year old gay male. I had been talking to this guy who is 28 and lives near my hometown (in Idaho). He wanted to meet me when I went home for Thanksgiving. I made it clear that we were just friends since I am in a relationship which makes me very happy. We had been talking for a long time and I thought he was a friend I could trust. I met him at like 7-7:30 am the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. We went to his house to hangout. I was really tired since I had been driving for about 7 hours with no sleep. He offered to let me take a nap since he had to go take a final exam (he is a criminal justice major). There was some time before he had to go to class though. He tried to kiss me and I told him no. He got rough with me, pulled my shorts down and pushing my face into the pillow. This guy was a lot bigger than me (I weigh about 115-120 lbs and he probably weighed between 185-200 lbs). He scared me the way he acted so I just went with it. I know that I should have said no and made an effort to leave, but I did not. He wanted me to cum so I did on his sheets. He did penetrate me and came inside me. After that I felt horrible and just wanted to sleep. He said he took a shower and then left for class. When he got back I told him I needed to leave he got very upset because I was suppose to spend more time with him. He let me leave though and he sped off before I drove away. The next day (Wednesday before Thanksgiving) he text me and said that he was in the hospital because I rapped him. He said he was bleeding from his rear. He said he was on sleeping medication that gave him amnesia and I took advantage of him. He says the police department in Idaho is investigating it and has evidence and is working with the Washington police department because I am now in Washington. I don't know what to do or the procedure is for this situation. Could you please give me a little advice?
