I live in TN and my husband of 14 years left 6 months ago to move back to MI. His father is elderly and not long for this world. My husband stands to come into a large amount of money. Since he left me broke and dependent on SSI do I have any legal rights to his part of his fathers estate? How does one collect such a thing from another state? Thank you. Dawn
