Scott Mountain By The Brook Apartments

* We have been living in are apartments since August. 19, 2007 this is 11weeks and 1 day as of today December.4th, 2007
[FONT=Times New Roman][SIZE=3]- We have called Sue (The Apartment Manager) many times complaining about loud music playing in apartment number 230 we here almost everyday past the time of 10pm. She said she would notice them which she did and said she would take care of everything. This has happened on and off were I would call at least 3times a week and all I get is the same thing that she will take care of it. We had called Portland police also and they said they heard it playing two they went and notified apartment number 230. I told Sue we had to call the police to report it she said that we need to start calling noise ordinance which I did call them after 6pm they also came out and notified apartment number 230 and said they would tell Sue.
