I live in Ohio. I was arrested recently for a domestic violence charge which is a midemeanor of the 4th degree. I have never been in trouble before. My ex boyfriend, who put the charges on me, did not show up at my arraignment or the second time I went to court. I am scheduled to go back Dec. 20th. My ex said he is not going to show up. What will happen when he doesn't show? Will it get dropped, or does the state pick it up? Could I go back to jail at all for any reason if he doesn't show up?
