Ok so we were coming home from the bar last night and my friend chris was driving, we passed a cop on the side of the road going like 65 in a 45 and it was like 5 drive ways before my house. (ps. we went to the bar for dinner i had a burger and 2 beers.)
The cop followed us with out his over head lights on, we parked at my house and the driver got out and when around the house and then inside.
So me and my friend who was riding in the back got out. the officer came up accusing the guy sitting behind the driver of driving. He was not. Then the officer asked him for his ID, and he asked why. I said " dont give him your id yet, tell us what we did wrong as passangers, or what is going on.
i was not rude at all. He arrested me for ostructing justice. He saids he is detaining me. anyways back up gets there and they put me in the back of the cop car for 45 minutes. and then they had 7 cop cars at my house with 13 officers. I live in a small suburb in washington state.
I fully cooperated with them answered the questions nicely and they said that i was being uncooroperative.
anyways this is what happened the cops let us go and said i would get
the summons in the mail. I did nothing wrong. what can i do.
any advice? the cops were so rude slamming me in the back of the car, and they did not beleive anything i would tell them.
