I have a potential problem, and I do not know if you guys know about this sort of thing, but its worth a shot. I live in a townhouse where I am the one who signed the lease. I live with 2 roomates and each month we give one check to the landlord which I write (they give me their money and I write the check). I didn't have them sign anything which is my fault I realize now. We did have a verbal agreement though. One of the roommates we believe is leaving without telling us. If this is true I wanted to know if there is any way to bring him to court for the amount of money that he will owe in rent. I'd greatly appreciate your help. Thanks.
