a friend of mine has a daughter who is on probation and so is her daughters boyfriend...they committed a crime together so part of their terms of probation is they are not allowed to be together...her daughter is 6 months pregnant with his child...if they were caught living together against their probation...could the mother be in trouble since it is her house and she is aware of the restrictions??
