I have 2 grandaugters who are 4 and soon to be 3 the 4 year old has lived with me since the day she came home from the hospital the 3 year old started staying with me when she was 6 months old....thier mom and dad have been in their lives the whole time but have only keep them a total of maybe 5 weeks in thier taken them to the doctor one with us and that is it...we take to doctor to church to daycare pay for everything and all that..my question is thier mom and dad and thier new brother who is 1 who they do take care of have moved out of town and i said that would not come back to take the girls, the girls would be devisted if that happened that they came and got them....i need to know our legal rights and where and what to do...thanks for any help.
