1 and a half years ago, I filed some false documentation concerning discrimination at a University. At the time, I had untreated schizoaffective disorder. The University did not take any legal action against me. Now, I am wanting to apply for readmission. The University told me it would not review my application (I had been dismissed from the school because of lack of academic progress). I have documentation that a rare disability caused all the problems. Can the University come after me for something I did while insane? No one was physically harmed.
