I have been purchasing some software from a company, paying payments each month. After 3 payments, I realized the software was rubbish, and no longer want to purchase it. Can I back out of buying it without legal recourse?
My plan is to just let them keep the money I have paid so far, but stop buying it. I have not signed any contract.
The software absolutely does not deliver what my business needs, and I plan to purchase different software from another company.
