Hey everyone I need help with this one fast! We own a framing company and several months ago we bid out a home and was awarded the job. The husband who has been contracting all of the services for the home signed our contract and we put them in our schedule. It is finally time for us to frame the home, but the wife said she is unhappy with the pricing and wants new bids or for us to lower our price. She has stated that her husband is not on any of the paperwork for the loan on the home and therefore the contract that he signed is not legal anyway. Is this true? What recourse do we have? We have started on the job today, and she is now telling us this today!
