What is the advice to someone who opened a credit card of the deceased parent. Used it a couple times with intent to pay balance? Should they tell the credit card company what they did or just pay off bill and leave it at that? Or should they contact a lawyer. This has happened all in two weeks and now this person feels they need to make things right.
:confused::confused::confused:

i think it's best to contact a lawyer and get the skinny on the particular laws of state.

I Certainly agree with "Mr Credit Card" , there are companies that offer such services and you can employ their services for credit report maintenance so that you can have a better understanding of the business in terms of financial matters.
