I've been living and paying taxes on a peice of property that was given to me by my father. Before I place my mobile home here I had to have permission from my late grandparents to move there in which my grandmother signed the forms for me to do so. I have been on this property for 12 years.

When my grandparents died the propert next door was released to my aunts. A dispute came about between us and they put up a privacy fence .At the time my sattelite dish was on their assumed property and I had it removed before they put the fence down. The fence has been there for almost 5 years now. recently another dispute with my aunts occurred and so she went to a lawyer and they sent me a letter saying that I was on her property and she now wants $75 per month for rental of this property. Is this valid? I thought when she put up the fence her property line was set. What can I do?

Hi YolandaH,

I would suggest you to seek a lawyers help in your local area. He would be in a better position to help you rather than we giving you some some suggestion.

Thanks,

I to would like to relocate to SW France.

Been watching a property for 235k Euros it has just dropped to 200k.

Think I might wait a bit longer

You would be best served by going to your county courthouse and looking up the land records to see who owns what. They will also be able to show you (or you could pay to have the land surveyed) to see where the exact property line is.

You should not have to pay anything or sign a rental agreement (http://www.ezlandlordforms.com) should you be on your own property!

I think you need to take help from a lawyer...Massachusetts bankruptcy center helps to erase or at least to reduce the debts and this can have a dramatic effect on your financial circumstance and on the quality of your life.
