My parents have both passed away. Their house was under their name together with my younger brother as joint tenants with rights of survivorship.
I told my brother that the house should be in the name of all three brothers and he agreed.
My question is, can a Quit Claim Deed accomplish this or do I have to generate another Warranty Deed.?
On the Quit Claim Deed my brother would be the Grantor and my other brother and I would be the Grantees.
How does the Grantor still remain on the deed?
