I brought a car and I had the car put in my husband's name because of penalties I had with DMV. Now I want the car put in my name but my ex-husband will not give me the title or transfer the title over to me, being vindictive. He is also threatening to file a police report saying that I am driving the car unauthorized. What can I do? I brought the car, I paid for the title, taxes, registration,and tags. I need help ASAP
