In March of 06, I was involved in an accident. I was going stright through an intersection,and the guy who hit me was was making a left hand turn on the opposite side of the road.He was on the oncoming side of traffic. I did not run a red light. I was not ticketed by the police for running a red light, even though the guy who hit me said I did. My insurance co. and the other guy's insurance could not reach an agreement, so it went to arbitration. It was later determined that I was not at fault for the accident. So today I get a knock at the door from a state marshal to serve me with papers stating that I am being sued for $15,000 or more in damages from this guy. Now I do not know what to do. If anyone can help, please respond. Thank you.
