I was in an accident in june 2006 and the driver was found guilty of failure to stop and yeild at sign at the time i was pregnant but did not know it. A couple of days later i had a miscarriage i was five weeks pregnant. The drivers lawyer found that i had a tubel reversal 7 years ago and he is trying to say that due to the reversal that is the reason for the miscarriage. what can i do??
