I have never heard of this before but my 18yr old daughter was with friends at a club that allows underage customers. They check Id's and band the wrists of those old enough to legally drink. Those under 21 have their hands marked but they have to give up their licenses to the Id checker for retrieval when they leave the club. This seems like a perfect way to steal identies from those customers. Is this legal for a business to require this and how do I go about putting the fear in them if it is not?
