i injured my arm at work right before christmas which is a required work holiday at my company. But the doctor that workers comp sent me to ordered me to be out of work for three weeks. when i brought me doctors note to my manager he said i couldnt have it off. He even lied to me and prented to contact my doctor and told me that he convinced the doctor to put me on light duty and that i had to wear a sling. I thought this to be strange but was unable to get back in touch with my doctor until after new years. It was then i found out that he had never changed me from no work to light duty. this is to me very immoral and unethical. But I am not sure what if any actions i can take. Coworkers have stated that this could be a law suit But i really just dont know what i can do. I would really like to see my managers supervisors take action but im not sure if they even know he has done this.:confused:
