I live in Indiana and I have had a relatively peaceful time with my son's father since my child turned 1. He is now five and his father and I have started fighting about his name (that's not the problem.) I have given his father extended parenting time because he has been so peaceful but know I feel he is taking advantage of my kindness and putting the child in the middle. My son feels bad when his dad tries to sway him to his side and has a hard time to the point of crying when he comes home. My question is if I return the visitation to the state law guidelines am I going to be penalized as if I was trying to take away time to harm his father?
