I live in PA & bought a used car from a used car dealer in NJ for $32,850 on 12/1/2007. It's been 7 weeks now & the used car dealer keeps telling me he will get the title in a couple of days, but nothing to date. He has offered to buy the car back on 1/30/2008 if he can't produce the title but won't say if it will be at the price I paid. He has not answered or returned my calls since 1/16/2008. Can I sue him for the title and for my expenses (attorney, court feses, etc) or get him to take the car back & refund my purchase price?
