My husband and I were at a club and one member of our group of 5 was asked to leave. He came back in and that is when the trouble started. The bouncer was speaking to my husband about the other guy and was being rude. The other guy came in screaming and cussing. My husband was just standing there and the bouncer I guess thought it was my husband and choked him, punched him several times (he was hurt badly but never even lifted a hand towards the guy) I went to the door and asked for them to call 911 and they refused. Can I go after the club for hospital bills and time lost from work??:confused:
