My tennant did not put a filter in the central unit for 7 months and now I have to change the coils because they were so dirty no air could get through and it froze the motor up. Luckly the motor is ok but I had to replace the coils and now he does not want to pay for the service of replacing the coils. Do I have a right to charge him this charge or not?
