Me and my husband bought 2 homes adjoining each other with a deed showing the land that was being purchased in the mortgage loan and the houses being purchased. We have paid on this loan now 6 months, and come to find out, our neighbors land is in our loan, which has a house of it. The man that sold us the house, tried to sell the house behind us, and discovered that the land the house sits on is in our mortgage contract. Which we have been paying on now 6 months. We want to know if we have a legal right to get out of this loan agreement, since we did not agree to the purchase of this land. The attorney that did the deed of trust made the boo-boo. We want the contract voided. Is this possible. It is in Mississippi. Please write asap. HELP!!!
