I just recently moved from florida to georgia. I got my ex husbands permission, he even signed a letter saying it was agreed for me to move and now that I have done so he is giving me a hard time about things. Can he have me move back, the kids are already enrolled in school here and everything is going good for all of us. Will we have to end up going back to florida now?

I too, moved to GA from FL, with a signed agreement from my ex to do so and for me, the courts were very cooperative and understanding as to why I moved and as long as you have a job and the kids have a stable environment this should not be a problem. He signed the letter, right? If not, then you could potentially have a problem.
