I reside in Ohio and my husband incurred a medical debt that he has not paid. The collection agency has contacted me at work and informed me that my husband threatened him. The collector refuses to deal with my husband and now intends to garnish my wages for my husbands debt. Can my wages be garnished by a debt my husband incurred?
