Hi im new here and need an answer for this question.
Can my Apartment Complex tell me that i now need to cancel my current Internet Phone and TV which is with Time Warner and sign up with some company they signed a contract with? Im not new to the complex ive lived here for 7 years but just got a letter from TWC telling me that i have 2 weeks untill my service is cut. The sad part about this is that my Apartment complex never told ANY body about this and we have a little under 2 weeks to get new service. Is this Legal?? and if not i think a class action suit would do nice in a situation like this.
