My boyfriends mother is telling people she is going to get a restaining order aganist me for his little sister who is 11. I sent a christmas card that said were sorry we missed you at thanksgiving, hope to see you at christmas, to the sister only. The mother then proceeded to call my boyfriend( because she couldn't call me because I changed my phone number due to her harassing me) to tell him I was hurting the little sister, and all. but I've never gone by her house or her workplace, or anything like that. I also have not threated her or the sister in any way. I don't see how since I have never threated her or even stopped at her house how should be able to get a restaining order aganist me. Can she? If she does how can I protest it? I have not done anything to either one of them.
