I was recently struck by a car. The driver was in the commission of a felony when he hit me. His insurance company is refusing to pay for my injuries because they claim they do not cover thier customers while in the act of a felony. Is this legal. I have had to have surgery and will be permantly disabled. This can't be legal can it?
