hi. not sure if this is the right place for this but gonna try any way. I took out optional disability insurance on my car loan,and became disabled about a yr ago. The insurance company is paying, however I HAVE TO KEEP GETTING MY DOCTOR to state that yes i am still disabled and i am not going back to work.I am on ssdi for about a yr now,and informed the insurance co. of this. they said it doesnt matter still need doctor to sign endless forms.They continually make payments late,which is really screwing up my credit. So my question is, do i have any legal action here? this is really out of control and i just want them to pay the car off and stop ruing my credit,payoff is less than 5000 thanks for your time
