Can someone with knowledge of the law answer this?I recently broke up with my ex girlfriend when I relapsed into alcoholism.I wrote her a note saying she could have my furniture.I was not in a proper frame of mind when I did it.We are both still on the lease there,but im not staying there.On the note,I only printed my name.Does this letter give her ownership,or can I take my stuff?
