Need Help please

Hey everyone,I just a question about a will..my father passed away in 02 and he left me and my 2 sisters a mobile home.I bought them out so its my mobile home now..but,its still in there name because of the will. How do i get there names off my mobile home? Is there a special form i need or do i have to have something noterized that i have to have them sign off on? any help would be great...Thanks

I am no expert in this field but I imagine you will need to have the mobile home signed over to you by both your siblings.

The best thing to do is get in contact with a legal advisor who specialises in real estate law and asked them the best way forward.
