My ex-wife used the Coloado Judicial system to get a divorce by acquiring a restraining order on false pretenses. She used allegations such as I stalked her, I stole from her account and that she was afraid I would kidnap the kids. I violated the restraining order while eating lunch with my four year old because she didn't think who would watch the kids if I in fact did leave. The story goes on and on, she was cheating on me and thats why she sought a divorce. I served 25 days in jail, not a blemish on my record nor have I ever been violent. Now shes sitting pretty there in Colorado living her single life as I have taken care of the kids for two years without any child support. Funny how she put on the restraining oder I would kidnap the kids and when I was out of jail gave them to me full time. How can I get the system to overturn my conviction when I have all the proof that she lied. Its funny, sidenote here. I tried to get a restraining order on her and I was denied because she wasn't a threat to my life and yet where on the one she filed was I a threat to hers.
