:mad: I recently Traded a 2004 ford f 150 in for a 2008 mitsubishi galant. Well tomball dodge took too long to pay the truck off so comsumer mortgage company repossed the ford, so in turn tomball dodge came and took the galant well i eventually caused enough comotion because that didnt seem right so in turn they put me in 2007 chrystler seabring in addition to trying to get the truck back from the other finance company..well about a week ago the DA called me and said that Tomball dodge was filing a auto theft charge one me.they never attempted to get the truck and the reposession of the truck is now on my credit report...and again came and got the 2007 sebbring..wheat rights do i jave because now im completley out of a vehicle and out the money i paid into the truck :mad:
