I’m a homeowners in a condominium complex. Our Board is being continuously suited by one of the unit owners that holds a grudge against one of the board member. It goes on and on. We paid $90K in legal fees so far and there is a new lawsuit in line. He is handicapped and he is exercising that fact in any way you may imagine. Because of that there is no money to take care of our complex, every now and then we are being assessed with the special assessment fees…. It becomes ridicules. Most of the allegations are false, but still we have to pay all the legal fees L . Please , is there anyone who can help me to stop that man. Is there any way he could be removed from our association. We are hopeless
