i finianced a motorcycle back in 2002 for a boyfriend at the time as he had poor credit. We broke up in 2003 and i have been paying on the bike since then as he said he couldn't afford to pay montly fee. i lost contact with him in 2006 and recently found him. all that is left on the bike is $5000, i have asked him to pay remaining amount but he seems relunctant. The bike is in his position and has been from day one. He lives in NC and i live in canada. my question is, do i have any legal right to make him pay off the bike or if he doesn't, to make him return bike to me so that i may sell it.
