On Februrary 8 2008 I scraped a parked car and reported the incident the next day to the driver of the parked car. On February 9 2008 I called the driver of the car I scraped and she looked at the car and stated that everything was o.k. I asked to come to her home to take pictures of the car, file a police report and to report it to my insurance company and she stated that the scratches on her car could be "buffed" out. On March 17 2008 driver left me a message stating that the scratches could not be "buffed" out and how do I plan to compensate her. Since it has been more than 30 days not sure what to do? Help!:confused:
