My mother died in may 07 I lived with her the last two years and was power of attorney although she made all finacial decisions i just help her because she didnt hear well But she was always of sound mind
I took her too doctor appt and drove her everywhere she wanted to go because she didnt drive I did not pay any rent or expenses as this was her wish I have witnesses to this effect Now that she has past my brother (the execitor) says i have to pay back for the rent and any purchases my mom made She bought cars and a travel trailer (which she put in my name) sell house and spilt everything with my two other siblings
My brother says i got my share living with mom I had to quit my job and move from ohio to washington state to take care of her in the last six months it was a 24hr 7 day a week job for which my siblings would not help at all
My brother refuses to split funds all funds have been transferred to him and house has been sold We both have lawyers but they cant seem to get it to a court or arbitrator as my brother refuses any offers made
What could i possibly do to help get this to a court or arbitrator
