Lets Say That I Opened Up A Personal Loan Account With Another Person, And The Other Person Was The Primary And I Was The Co Signer. The Loan Wasn't Due Until June Of 2010. And The Other Person Went And Paid It Off Without Letting Me Know, And Now Is Trying To Sue Me For Breach Of Contract. He Paid It Off In October Of 2007 And I Wasnt Aware Of It Until March Of 2008. Is This Breach Of Contract With Him? I Never Made Any Arrangments To Pay Him Nor Did He Call Me Up To Let Me Know What He Did In October. Plaese Help!
