Okay My friend, my BF, an I were all arrested for B&E with intent an Larson From a back building.
I had been Working, got off work at 11pm had to cash my check. My Roommate, had been asking me if I could drive him out to his dads to get the rest of his stuff.
His dad had kicked me an him from his house about two months ago. We had a police escort out to the house but were only able to take the stuff we could prove was ours. So after a While I told him I'd drive him out there but I didn't want my **** back. (I had already gotten my clothes , that is all I needed.) it was 2am.
I dropped him off drove down the road came back an picked him up. we were pulled over three miles down the road. I thought we were being stopped because I don't have tags on my car. Turns out the tools were stolen. I spent 18 days in jail. The judge said I was looking at up to 14 years. At my preliminary trial The judge looked at my case Again . An Acquitted me, All charges were dropped. How is it possible? Could they call me back as a wittiness?
My bf has all ready spent 14 years in jail When he was 16. An is in the middle of a custody battle. An a BS assault charge. Neither he nor I stepped out of the car that night.
They have a wittiness saying that he was two men loading up tools. AN another witness saying he saw two men an a female running the the woods. Once again me nor my BF left the car. An the closes woods are a mile from were we were.
I am not a bad person I am a A an B student 19 years old an was holding two jobs. Never been in trouble with the law before. I am glad my charges were Acquitted, I am supposed to be getting shipped off to a air force base in TX end of April, but am I allowed to leave State? Should I? Would the Air force allow me to take the day off to go to court if I needed to?
How many years is my BF looking at? I know he didn't do it but I am not sure if he know about it. To this day I havn't talked to my bf or roommate. I am not sure what happened. My Roommate has never been the kind of guy to steal. So I dumped my BF an am just looking to strive to be the best I can be.
What are the Laws on B&E with intent an Larson? everything is confusing in Michigan. I am still nerves an praying to god to give the judge wisdom. I do love my Ex BF an know he is not a bad guy. Under neath the tattoos an scares is a man with a son, an a mom an dad who loves him. As a person I can't turn my back on him. I would do anything to support an help him. But I will not lie to the court or god. I am looking for any information that could help.
