I would like to know how I can fired my attorney, who was hired to represent in an automobile accident?

If you want to fire your attorney, first check out the agreement you signed with them. It should state in the agreement what happens upon termination of the agreement.

IF you have nothing in writing, you only need to tell them or if you are concerned abut a paper trail, send them a cancellation notice and have them sign it so they have no recourse.
