My bank account had a lien on it from a collection attorney . The lein was removed because I am on ssd. The same attorney later had a lein placed on the account again by a Marshall . When I spoke with him his first reaction was that he was unaware... he then attempted to badger me for a payment....claimed he would find out from marshal why lien was there....I contacted marshall was told that the lawyer instructed them to keep lien on until apr.7 then execute...... I went to court for a show cause on April 1.....can he execute? doesnt he have to remove the lein:(
