What can happen to a person if they are involved in theft but they have never been seen walking out the door with the said product or hiding it in articles of personal possesion. Also it has never been seen inside of an item or vehicle that could get it out of the store. The reason I ask is a friend of mine that I was trying to get to stop stealing just got fired for being on camera moving a product off camera, the product has never been found so they think it is stolen but it is never seen leaving the store. can they search his house or do any more than fire him on suspicion. Also if they find more info on stuff missing but all they have is the product going off camera but not out the door can they pursue any legal ramifications.
