In A Criminal Trial , Assualt, After The Jury Was Selected But Before They Were Sworn In The State Changed The Charge Because They Knew They Did Not Have The Weapon. The Next Morning The Jury Was Sworn And Trial Started On The New Charge, The Pro Bono Attorney Objected But Was Overruled By The Judge And The Trail Went Ahead And The State Got A Conviction. Is This Legal? The State Is Florida
