Doctor enters time stamped statement of me commiting a criminal act, and was false

My daughter was molested by her step sisters Father while at here step sisters home. The police are supposed to be investigating him but have not done much of anything. I was in the court room due to a matter between my daughter and her mother, (we are not together) and I was there to observe. In a later evaluation done by a doctor of my daughters mother, the doctor stated in that report that was to go to the court and other goverment offices, but stated it was ME that was being investigated for this criminal act, and he never asked her Mother to even verify during the evaluation, not toook any other means to veriufy who it was, but later said he was told by children's services that I was the one, not the step sister's father. He never verified anything on this and had the chance to do it. He blamed children's services for it and they blame him. I am now falsely accused of a criminal act in a time stameped document to the court. It has caused me problems now, and they are not even going after the person that did molest my daughter, why I do not understand at all. But this on my record could harm me on any background check and already has inthe rtelation ship itself of those who know about it. Soon it will hit the papers of it to correct it then I will have those who have dowubt and I will really hav e problems then. The Doctor and others need sued fast, to stop this, correct it, and for damages. This document is now in court as a time stamped record with this false statement on it. It seem's clear to me it is defamation, and liable. Intent on showing I was a danger. Now it is on my record. I have a suit? Thanks, J
I need help on this and I am about 5 months into this from learning of this.. It is in Ohio!!!! I need help on the defamation and the liable, being it is in print as a statement seems to make it even more of a violation, and it was not a accusation, but a statement which I now have a copy of this time stamped document. Please for give my spelling, I am disabled now and have trouble sitting up very long at a key board.

You really need legal help.

You must face the accusation against you, regardless if it was true or not.
Don''t be afraid of the accusation when you fairly not responsible.
You have all the permissible legal defense.

On the other hand, you can can file a criminal charge for libel in appropriate courts against those who libeled you. You have to prove beyond reasonable doubt the criminal acts.

Seek advice from an attorney in your area.

Find a criminal law lawyer for your defense (not just a jack for all trade lawyer, hire the specialist).
Face all the accusation positively. There is really no need to wary about, at least legally, when you have all the law and evidence at your side.

The thing is all of the evidence is in print, every bit of it, and all invilved know it and made no effort to correct the record. But as far as proff i have the staement, and the person's they have told that it ws that ones fault they put the wrong person and then the doctor said he was told the wrong person, but the thing is it is in print, they al were have supposed to read it all before submitting it to the court, and must have just threw it in, had several chances to verify it, not a long evaluaqtion to read or look over, so it is all very provable. Problem is I am disabled, and have a lot of pain. This makes it hard for me to pursue anything or even know what Attorney I need to contat. It is in the Columbus, Ohio Area, since it is the next county over Columbus would have much better selection of attornies and not belong to the good ole boys club that they have in Linking Conty that is now trying to cover this up, but it is out all over the pla ce, even other couselors are aware of it and are very upset about it from who has taled to me and told me to take legal action. But that is my problem, I know I have recourse, but I am limited on what I can do. Any referral you would give me would be appreciated. But this has to come off my court record, and I want to have a suit for damages, and make sure they to do not do this type of sloppy work again. This has hurt relation ships and now that it has come out and person's know it is not true that little bit of doubt always lays in the back of a persons mind. It upsets me so much I have to say this old man gets tears in my eyes thinking I have been printed up in a document of being this person even though it is totally false and is provable that it is false. Otherwise I would be in jail, or should be. And that is the other thing the Joe Dustin that did do this was talked to but they have not pursued it at all, and there are witnesses to it. Confusing....
