I have what is a mostly open and shut case of defamation and liable that would pay copensation and earn a Attorney a good fee and from what I already know the persons are running scared, that in itself shows guilt and fear of being wrong, but I see no repsonse to my post at all, and no interest. More details would show that it has merit, and could be settled fast, plus would put a stop to these persons doing this type of negligent action to others. I cannot beleive an attorney has not looked at this and ask for any details or inquired as to representing this case. I want an attorney to handle this, and though I have spoken to some, I am not satisfied with some of the abilities of the ones I spoke to so far. But I have to make a decision. Why do attornies not look or address any of this that I have seen in here so far from anyone asking for help? I have seen no Attornies offer advice on what I have seen from others in here at all so far from what I have read of others. I thought this was what this sight was all about?????? My post was on the 14th.

they do, j951. but some answers depending on their area of expertise.

may be, there was not many around handling the type of case that is subject of your inquiry. some posters are just lucky enough that lawyers who specialize in this and that practice came around to answer their concerns.

may be you just have to wait. patience is a virtue they say...
if by waiting though you suffered personal injury, can you in turn sue them? o for humor sake, lighten up!! :D
