Canceled Insurance

I quit my job on December 8th, effective immediatly due to some harrasment issues. My employeer reported to the insurance company that I quit on November 30th, therefore my insurance will not be continued till the end of December like it should be. I don't pay anything for my insurance (other then the copay when I go to the doctors), so there wasn't anything taken out of my final pay check (even though the payday was the 15th, and I still haven't recieved it).
My problem is I am pregnant and I have been to the doctors in December (before I quit my job) and my insurance isn't covering it because she lied about when I my quit job.
What do I do??
